Chelmer have been providing complete renewable heating and hot water solutions to home builders and installers for over 20 years. We use products from our extensive portfolio of thermal stores, underfloor heating, heat pumps, boilers and solar thermal collectors to design and supply integrated systems tailored to each of our customers’ individual requirements.

Our unique range of high-​performance thermal store cylinders which includes our Chelmer Ecocat thermal store cylinder have been designed to seamlessly integrate multiple heat inputs, such as a boiler, solar and a wood burning stove, into a single, elegant heating and hot water solution.

All our packages include bespoke system designs, comprehensive manuals and free technical assistance for installers, as well as being covered by an insurance-​backed design guarantee.

History

Established in 2007.

Chelmer Heating Solutions grew out of Chelmer Heating Services, a specialist underfloor heating and thermal store system desiner and installer for over 15 years. No longer doing installations ourselves, Chelmer Heating Solutions now design and supply integrated renewable heating and hot water systems for self-​build, trade and commercial clients.

We launched our first thermal store cylinder range, the Chelmer Dual Thermostore, back in 1998. Since then the range has developed considerably, with models now available specifically for renewable energy sources such as heat pumps, wood burning stoves and solar thermal systems.

Business Owner

Brent Witherspoon has been the managing director of Chelmer Heating and designing thermal store cylinder systems for over 20 years. An expert in integrating multiple energy sources, Brent invented the original range of thermal store cylidners and has been instumental in the design of subsequent models to suit the changing marketplace.
