An excellent independant girls school in Chertsey, SWPS was a grammar school until 1978 when the cessation of the 11 plus made it change to a private education establishment.
The facilites are modern and the surroundings up to date, whilst still retaining the ethos that the school has had. There is a fantastic sports hall, new astroturf outdoor sports surface, a performing arts building with recording studio and a wonderful light, ary art block.
A selective school, the staff encourage the girls to achieve the highest standards whilst insisting that a work life balance in maintained and the extra-​curricular activites make for a rounded education.
