Blacon itself is a deprived area, but this does not reflect in the quality of the library. Staff are always very friendly and able to help with any concerns. There is a wide variety of activities going on, ranging between a parents/​toddlers group, reading group, internet group and more. The library has the opening hours clearly displayed. The shelves are well stocked and well displayed.
