Business Owner
Dawn Morse MSc, PGCE, BSc is the owner of Core Elements, which aims to provide a rounded approach to the practice of Pilates, Yoga and Sports Massage therapy.
Through the focus of core development and alignment our quality of life can be improved as strength, flexibility and daily movement is developed.
These improvements can lead to reduced daily stress, muscular pain, improved sleep and nutritional habits and increased feelings of wellness.
Through a range of classes, workshops and training courses Core Elements aims to make the practice of Pilates, Yoga and massage therapy accessible to all regardless of age, gender or ability.
As a qualified teacher and with a Masters Degree in Sports and Health Sciences and over 10 years experience of working within the sports, fitness and health industry as a Sports Science and Therapy lecturer Dawn Morse aims to bring knowledge, experience and passion to each class, workshop or training course that is provided by Core Elements.
