I wish I did not even have to give a star, at all. There is no word for how horrible Hospitality line’s customer service is. Obviously, this is a company that caters to tourists;the problem is that it does NOT provide enough information, so the people are fully prepared for their last minute changes. A case in point is their New Year’s Eve party where they changed the location for the boat departure a couple of times choosing, in the end, the Westminster embankment!(the most ridiculous idea ever given the NYE crowd) Now, if they’ve let the customers know that one needs to be waiting for the boat four hours in advance because two hours is just not enough to get through the crowd to the boat, that would be somewhat fine. They did not. Dealing with Hospitality Line was a very traumatic experience. Their tickets are exorbitant and non-refundable, and their service… well, what service? Steer clear of this company especially if you are a tourist.

I received an incredibley poor service from this company. For my 21st, I bought the diamond comedy package to printworks, Manchester for me and my boyfriend, a total of 110 pounds. The Limosine promised became a audi estate, which didn’t even turn up. I ended up paying for a taxi, being late, and no one at the office seemed to have a clue, or be apologetic at all. When I requested a refund for the taxi the woman in the office complied. I never received it. After reminded her a second time, 15 pounds was put into my account, when the agreed amount was the total taxi fayre £20. Truly insulting. From my expereience, the food and service we recieved was not as advertized and I would strongly advise not to do buisness with this company.
