This is a very modern twist on a English Tea Room. Set over various levels (not ideal if you are wheelchair bound although there are at least four seats at street level. Very quirky inside also with a small garden at the rear too.
Food is exceptionally good value and good quality and great taste!
If you are after taking Mother there, or even a simple place for a business meeting, you won’t be disappointed either way. Slightly off the beaten track but worth the trip for sure if you are in the area or fancy the afternoon out.

This really is a hidden gem — stuck away in Wheelton near Chorley.
It has a lovely design and a proper homely feel to the place. Great sitting area and they also have free wifi if you ask for the code!
Fresh cakes are made each day and there’s a good selection of coffees so you can choose the blend for you!
Definitely worth the drive to switch off for an hour or two!

Second visit to this re-​opened tearoom. New owners cannot do enough for you, staff very friendly. Great place to have a break whilst walking to Top Lock on the canal, on a bike ride in the area or just out for the day.
Cakes are amazing! Owner used to make cakes for Rivington Barn apparently & they were nice too! Great selection of coffees too! All in all great hour spent in Wheelton!
