101 Friends For Every Dog — Clapham & Battersea is a small boarding home for dogs. Providing each dog with individual love and affection, we ensure their protection at all times.

A friendlier alternative to kennels, we let the dogs out for plenty of activity time each day. We have experienced carers who offer similar routines to what your dog is used to.

History

Established in 2005.

101 Friends was started in 2005 in Salisbury. It has now grown nationally through a number of smaller franchises.

101 Friends was set up to provide a home boarding service for dogs to club members. Traditionally when dog owners went away they had to leave their dog in boarding kennels. Many dogs who are used to being family pets and living in comfortable homes with their owners are not happy at all in kennels. 101 Friends provides an ideal alternative. Instead of the dog having to go into kennels, he goes to stay with one of our carers in the carer’s own home. The carer treats the dog as if he were their own pet, at the same time following the owner’s instructions so that the dog follows his normal routine. All dog owners and carers are club members.
