I have been a coach for over 13 years and have been a therapist for over 6 years. I offer Life coaching, hypnotherapy, EFT, psychotherapy, and personal development

training. I specialise in anger management and offer relationship coaching from a very unique perspective. Each session can last in excess of two hours for a fee of £60.

History

Established in 2009.

C-​options was formed in 2009 by Nigel Lewis a retired Police Officer. His many years as a coach and trainer to Police officers inspired him to offer his expertise to the general community. Year on year C-​options has grown and has many returning clients. C-​options fills a gap in the NHS by offering intense attention, no waiting lists, informal but valuable advice and help.

Nigel became inspired about personal development when as a Police Officer he created a programme for vulnerable young people which proved to be beyond all expectations. It drove him to study human behaviour and achieve an honours degree whilst in his fifties. Using this knowledge he went on to become a coach to young in service Police Officers for several years before he formed C-​options. to complement his coaching Nigel then studied hypnotherapy and psychotherapy achieving a diploma. He also qualified as a teacher and now combines coaching, teaching, talking and therapy to help clients achieve solutions to lifes problems.
