I had a two faults being display on my car: gearbox fault & engine fault. I contacted the garage, and was booked in for the next day, but they couldn’t when during the day they would be able to investigate. That was fine seeing that they booked me in at short notice. They contacted me later on in the afternoon, and told me no fault could be found, although there were two registered on the system. They cleared down the fault, and ask me to montior any changes whilst driving. I asked how much this would be for doing the diagnostics, and they nothing. As it was due for a service I booked it in, and as the car had the Jaguar Allegiance card, I also got a discount on the service price. When I went to drive my car away, I noticed that they had done a complete valet insdie and out. Very impressed. Definitiely recommend.
