1^st Reputation was founded by Constance Hall following a successful 19 year career in leading and building financially profitable businesses in the private and public sector in the UK.

After the recessions, almost all main street businesses need more knowledge, strategies and support to compete against the huge shopping malls and chainstores that have stolen up to 90% of their business, in some cases.

There is lots of evidence to show that even respected chain stores need reputation building and marketing to save jobs and store closures.

Constance H.

Business Owner

Constance is a passionate and talented professional business and marketing professional.

She started her career as a Small Business Advisor and has held successful senior roles in the public and private sector operating at Chief Executive and Non Executive Director Level.

Constance is a qualified business academic and holds a range of business and marketing first and second class degrees, including an MBA from a leading London University.

She is also a qualified and certified trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) trained by the co-​founder of NLP, John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carroll.
