The Boots itself is great — the opticians here are friendly however the policy on having to go back for multiple visits to get contacts and stuff seems a little excessive and you feel a bit like they are taking you for a ride.
The service however was prompt and professional — and better than some other Boots Opticians

very good size Boots set across two floors. Got everything you could imagine and also an Opticians. Got my last pair of glasses from here and found them very helpful in the process.
They do a very good gift selection for Christmas and have a very good range of baby and toddler clothing. Bargains to be had every day!

I had my contact lens check here and the service is excellent. I was seen straight away and the service was quick and friendly. They had my contact lenses in stock so I was able to take them away with me.

This is a huge Boots with every kind of make up brand or cosmetic you could ever desire!
With two floors seperated into different sections, all neatly signposted you won’t spend too long wondering what direction to go. Although intitally the hugeness of it may stump you a bit!
Also if you need your eyes tested there’s a opticians which isn’t something you’d see in every Boots store!
Good service and quite a few tills so you’re not left hanging around for too long.

Going to the opticians scares me but all the staff here were so lovely I will happily return. The lady who did the initial tests was great and explained what she was going to do before she did it and was happy to stop if you asked her to. The optician was just as nice and even had a mint before seeing me as she had just had her lunch. They even had frames that looked good on me and my small head.
