Bubbleology tea bars serve fruit and milk teas brewed fresh, shaken over ice like a (non-​alcoholic) cocktail and customised with a variety of toppings.

Bubbleology only uses freshly brewed Jasmine and Assam tea, with all drinks handmade to order. All teas are also 100% vegetarian and flavours can be mixed and matched and can be served both hot and cold and without tapioca or sweetener.

Bubblelology has 70 stores in total including outlets in Topshop Oxford Circus, Harvey Nichols, Westfield Stratford, Notting Hill and South Kensington — in addition to Bluewater, Sheffield, Leeds and USA, Europe and UAE.

Bubbleology can also deliver up to 25 drinks in central London, or bring a pop up Bubbleology bar to any event in order for its expert Bubbleologists to serve up fresh bubble tea to guests.

History

Established in 2011.

After falling in love with the taste of bubble tea, our CEO and Founder brought the delicious science of bubble tea to London by opening the first shop in Soho in 2011. Five years later and we have over 60 shops in eight countries.

Business Owner

After falling in love with the taste of bubble tea, Assad underwent intensive training at Possmei in Taiwan in order to properly understand the delicious science of bubble tea. Only after he completed weeks of back-​breaking research and mouth-​watering analysis did he understand the kind of strict rules of preparation needed.
