Though I love Frankie and Bennys, I must say sometimes I can be very disappointed with the service. I used to go in regularly with an ex partner, and they treated us wonderfully because they took a shine to him. Since going in without my partner the service has become increasingly poor with each trip. The food is good, but not worth the ignorance.

Useful if going to the Cinema next door but would not choose it as a place to eat. The décor is an American diner /​bar with the keessh Italian feel. Food is quasi Italian but not great quality and decidedly expensive compared to other national outlets of this type.

What a wonderful evening we had last night! Our server (I think his name was Richard, had a Mohawk) was so helpful and kind, and took time with our order. When I asked for my steak cooked just below rare, he was more than happy to help, and made sure it was perfect before leaving me to it.
The whole restaurant was clean and well looked after, my food arrived promptly and me and my husband had a wonderful night.

i think the breakfast deal 2 for £10 is a bargain specially when most breakfasts are nearly £10 each and you get tea and coffee! the decent sized breakfasts too! friendly staff always have things going on, last time i went in all staff were dressed in a harry potter theme to celebrate the release of the new harry potter film

We have visited this Frankie and Bennys on many occasions with groups, and just as a family — It is a New York/​Italian style restaurant.
The quality of the food has always been consistent with no need to ever send any of it back!
However this place does get very very busy at times and there is little bar waiting space.
Again the service can suffer when it is busy but this is compensated by good food!
There is also a fantastic atmosphere here
