Had heard stories about this place not being very hepful, but actually went myself to donate a computer desk and I confirm this is so true! Very unhelpful and unfriendly.
If you want to donate any pieces of furniture I would recommend ‘Debra’ in the High Street, Dumbarton. They are so pleasant and even help you lift the items out of your car and most importantly ‘Thank you’ for your donation.
