Pauline Haughey’s career in the Recruitment Industry began in 1999 with Ireland’s largest Recruitment agency. Networking connections and word of mouth referrals ensures identification of the best candidates. This has resulted in the opportunity to attract the best talent for Companies in the Mid Ulster region.

Pauline was awarded Recruitment Consultant of the Year in 2001 for achieving highest levels of permanent sales within N. Ireland, demonstrating her commitment and tenacity to sourcing the best candidates for the job.

A member of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation), she is committed to delivering quality service and standards whilst driving excellence across the industry.

Completion of Post Graduate Diploma in Communication in 2012, with specialism in Training and Development ensure she is knowledgeable of industry updates and practices. Receiving the Cecil Mathers Award for highest marks during this time, emphasise her passion for training and development.
