Abercorn Veterinary Clinics

I thoroughly recommend this vet, my dog was a nightmare at the vet before we came here. Full of anxiety and aggressive if handled etc. The vets here were patient, kind and gentle with him, and now he gets excited and can’t get through the door fast enough! We had to go almost every other day recently and they were happy to see him, careful and thorough every time.
I reckon they are very reasonable too, I have paid double what I pay here at other Edinburgh vets.

This is a good vet and my local one you can almost always be seen even if they are fully booked they will always try to accommodate a worried owner. Friendly and considerate they understand the bond that some owners have with there pets.
On more than a few times have be worried about a non existent problem and depending on who you see you may not always be charged for that.
Clean and help full and very good with smaller animals the after care is also top standard.
They have helped so many of my pets when the time came for my 19 year old dog to be put to sleep they came to the house so not to cause the old girl any further stress.
Needless to say the vets is never a good place to visit but when you do the staff are understanding helpful and comforting. They offer all the options for your sick critter as well as giving there opinion but they give you the choice, and at the end of the day that makes all the difference.
