History

From origins that began in a gent’s hairdressing salon in 1965, Charlie Miller salons lead the way at every level with consistent style, quality and creativity looking after men, women and children.

Meet the Business Owner

Ian Blyth B.

Business Owner

With a hairdressing career that spans more than 40 years, Ian has been a Company Director for 18 years and plays an integral part in the running and development of this successful five-​salon family business. On a daily basis he commands an extensive and varied clientele list whilst leading a strong team of cutting and colouring specialists.

In his dual role as Education Director Ian is a dynamic and motivating educator and has been instrumental in the planning, structuring and delivery of the Charlie Miller training programme for stylists and young trainees. He is a huge contributor to maintaining the high level of quality and precision styling for which Charlie Miller is famous and as one of the founder members of the Charlie Miller Art Team he has travelled the world providing cutting edge stage shows and educational seminars in various countries such as Korea, Italy, France, Germany, America, Austria and Belgium as well as many venues within the UK and Ireland.
