Inspace

Inspace is whatever you want it to be. A white box, a gallery, a space for action and a foundation stone for your creative impulses. Nestled into the corner of an iconic University of Edinburgh building it is nonetheless part of many networks, many projects and many shared experiences. It was here I saw a real spaceman, a musical cabinet and astonishing magnetised liquid.

My first visit of 2013 was last Thursday, a LateLab evening to celebrate the launch of the Edinburgh International Science Festival. The adaptability of the space was in evidence again, with presentations, audiences and speakers dotted around as befitted the event.
