Specialties

Joseph Pearce’s is a landmark in Edinburgh and it has been a bar for 110 years. With its lovely huge windows it can be seen from far and the outside space its lovely and sunny in the summer.

JP’s is a warm and genuine welcoming bar with a diverse clientele. During the day a raised area to the back is a family-friendly haven, stocked with all the toys, highchairs for children and their parents. From 5pm we let the grown-up children play themselves in an equally laid-back atmosphere.

Brunch — JP’s has been voted one of the best places for Brunch in UK. Other favourites on our menu is our Meatballs that change seasonally and the all so popular pancakes!

Our food is made from ingredients from our local suppliers eg Tattie Shaws, Manna House, Belhaven Smokery, Welsch fishmongers. Our coffee is from Artisan Roast and is called the Boda Blend since it is roasted Moonsoon Beans.
