Free Wi-​Fi woohoo though please stop asking me to check in everything I hop on a different bus! Drivers are more often than not very friendly and helpful. Many have waited for me after seeing me running in very unladylike fashion. I don’t hold grudge on the ones that haven’t, I can see how scary that could look.
Like how most bus stops give you an estimation of waiting time as it does make you feel like you font have to wait as much, weird psychology!

I think that you have to have the experience of a country bus company to realize just how good Lothian buses are. Day buses are frequent and there are night buses too, saving some from spending money on expensive taxis. The buses themselves are pretty new-​looking and relatively clean. The only downfall of the company– fumbling in your pocket to find you don’t have exact change for the bus. I know that this is supposed to make services run more smoothly but fumbling in your purse for £1.20 exactly to find you have something awkward like £1.50 or a fiver is annoying. I imagine lots of tourists are caught out by this.

One of the best bus services i have seen. The only downside about this service now is that there prices on everything have gone up. Its still a great and best way to get around the city.

This is bus service is the best I have ever seen. They take you anywhere in Edinburgh and just outside for £1.10 each way which is amazing! The bus drivers have always been happy to help and they always arrive promptly and with regularity.
