Loud & Clear

Having read previous reviews of Loud and Clear, I couldn’t disagree more. Having dealt with the guys for a number of years I can’t recommend them highly enough. The purpose of my latest visit was to enquire about making significant changes to my current system and seek advice on how to achieve my goal. Upon arrival I was immediately offered a hot drink (welcomed on a very cold day) and from then on the conversation went on for an hour at which no point was I pressured into buying anything nor was I or my HiFi system insulted. There’s nothing wrong with visiting some of the other HiFi shops in Edinburgh but you would be missing out if you didn’t at least try Loud and Clear to see and hear what they have to offer.

i am not particularly into the technical side of hi fi and am the first to admit that and encourage the“experts” to talk to me in a language that I may understand! This place borders on being insulting and mocks your lack of knowledge and they actually laughed when i suggested an alternitive to what thet were trying to sell me (which was grossly over the top in price and more than I required) The arrogance and ego of i presume the owner was embarrassing and i could see the other staff member cringe at his lack of empathy, and style — or lack of it! On visiting two other hi fi shops Hi Fi corner and Richer sounds both completely different in their offerings, their customer approach and willingness to listen to you have to be commended. Give loud and clear a miss its the worst customer service experience I’ve had!
