Meet the Business Owner

Sandy R.

Business Owner

Sandy Robertson is the joint owner and the founder of the business. He has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow and after graduation spent 12 years with Bank of Scotland in various banking roles.

He set up Futurekids, Edinburgh in early 1999, a training company who primarily provided computer tuition to children. In 2004 he decided to broaden the remit of the business and turn it into a technical company offering computer services in addition to the training. At this time the name was changed to One36 Computing as a name better reflecting the overall services.

Within the business, Sandy has two principal functions; providing training to adults and children and running the business! When not spending time at Comiston Road, Sandy is a keen golfer, playing off an ever increasing handicap of 8, and an enthusiastic skier.
