Sanctorium Beauty

This was my first visit to Sanctuary but it definitely won’t be my last!
I called looking for a last minute massage and am so glad Sharon agreed to squeeze me in as her last appointment. I was feeling a tad fragile after a late night on the town and in need of a bit pampering and I got way more than I’d bargained for!
Arriving in the reception I was made to feel really welcome. I mean who can say no to a complimentary glass of bubbles and after eights?! They were running slightly behind however as if free fizz n chocolate wasn’t enough I was then treated to a fantastic aromatherapy oil hand massage while I waited. The oil was poured from a lit candle so was warm and left my hands silky smooth!
Now I like a deep massage and so impressed the staff when I opted for level 10 pressure. Their first to do this and so it became a bit of a talking point! The treatment room was lovely and warm and the scent from the aromatherapy candles was devine. Sharon was great and the massage was just what I needed. Only wish I’d had a longer appointment!
It was a short visit but by the time I was leaving it felt like we were long lost friends! Really friendly and personal service by all the staff turned what was a last minute decision into a good laugh and an extra special treat! Can’t recommend them highly enough!

‘Wow’ is all I can say! When I was looking for a new place to go for eyebrow waxing, I spotted this (beautiful) website online. I spoke with a charming man on the phone and booked to come in soon.
When I came for my appointment, I was blown away feeling so pampered by the lovely staff. I was offered bubbly when I arrived and then was bought to the treatment room, which was glamorous, girly, and luxurious. It was the perfect place to feel pampered. I usually wouldn’t say my appointment was too quick, but I loved it here and just wanted to stay and continue being pampered! They were extremely thorough and talked through exactly how I wanted my eyebrows to be before going ahead with the great waxing. The woman was so lovely and chatty, too!
I had a fantastic experience here. I scoped around a bit for places for eyebrow waxing and this place was in the same price range as all the others but I received so much more in my glamorous experience! I’ll definitely be back!
P. S. The Sanctuary opened a year ago but came under new management just in November. It is on the lower level at the Suites.
