Beanstalk Lettings is an independently owned Lettings Agency in the heart of Cheshire. Managing small to large property portfolios whilst delivering our first class service. Our services range from; Fully Managed, Part Managed, Find A Tenant Only or Advertise the property for you until it has been let.

We can offer to any landlord services that do not require our management; Tenancy contracts (AST) serving of notices (8)(13)(21)(48). We also specialise in rental arrears/​rental debt collection and can represent for you in gaining an Accelerated Possession Order.

Beanstalk Lettings can offer a complete package of management from organising yearly gas safety checks and routine maintenance.

We also have a sourcing team available if you are looking to enter into the rental industry and can refer you to our registered advisers or financial associates.

Our team are available 7 days a week including Bank Holidays for free advice or to commence with the letting out of your property.

History

Established in 2011.

Over 9 years of experience and knowledge in the Lettings industry helps us deliver a first class service to both Landlords and Tenants. We have been nominated as a Scoot Headline award winner for best SME 2014. We are due to feature on a forthcoming documentary for Ch4 on problem tenants and how we deal with them.

Beanstalk Lettings is based in Ellesmere Port which makes it a good base to manage properties in the surround towns and cities eg. Chester, Liverpool and the Wirral.

As an independent Letting Agent we can offer Landlords a bespoke level of service and advise on the best rental return for their investments.
