DiCarlos Pizza Pasta has been set up by Rino Cusenza, a local Italian who was born and raised in the area. After visiting Italy many times he noticed that the pizzas sold there were much nicer, tastier, lighter, that ones he got in England. He discovered the Italian pizzas were made using a traditional wood fired oven, and looking to find the same quality here, found that no one offered that type of pizza in Enfield, hence Di Carlo’s Pizza Pasta was born.
