I’ve used this newsagent a few times to top up my Oystercard, which seems to be the trend with others (there’s usually a short queue). Attempted to use their Western Union money transfer service 20 mins before close. They were friendly enough but said they wanted to close on time and I should come back tomorrow! Perhaps honesty was not the best policy in this case as I thought it cheeky.
I don’t get any joy from visiting here, but it’s so conveniently placed (less than 1 min walk to left of Enfield Town BR) that it can’t be helped at times.
