Disco and/or Karaōke for the over 40’s. Phil King started his DJ career in 1972 when he was 17 and brings a lifetime of experience in music for all ages and all occasions including the current chart when appropriate. Theme nights are a particular speciality with 60’s or 70’s nights. Weddings are particularly suitable for the music knowledge Phil can bring to the event.

Established in 1972.
In 1972 Phil King started his DJ’ing career at Pontins Holiday Village in Southport. &3 found Phil around Farnborough and Camberley and in ’74 he worked for a top Trust House Forte nightclub on the South coast. From 1975 to ’78 inclusively he worked in Beniidorm as resident DJ for the Los Pelicanos. He was ‘head hunted’ for a hotel group in 1979 and spent the following four years in Salou working with three hotels. Returning to the UK at the end of 1982 he hung up his turntables to get a proper job. Then approached in 1999 to do a one off gig for the millennium which was a cracker of a night so that within a few weeks he had 3 bookings and so began Legends Disco.
