Established in 2011.

We have undertaken in excess of 1500 building surveys across the Greater London area since 2011; defending local authorities and housing associations in disrepair claims, and undertaking full building surveys for property purchasers.

In early 2014, we invested in a drone so that we can deliver a more thorough survey at high level. We are fully insured with Hiscox Ltd and are commited to delivering excellent customer services.

Business Owner

I am a Chartered Construction Manager wih over 18 years of experience in building Surveying and construction project management. I have project managed innumerable refurbishment projects, coordinated teams and have diagnosed building defects ranging from damp and condensation to heave and subsidence in thousands of properties throughout my career. I have managed projects ranging from structural repair works to residential properties and major shopping centres in SW London as well as designed and project managed public playgrounds in the London Borough of Wandsworth.

I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and The Royal Insitution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
