If I could give no stars I would. They have had my van to sort out brakes several times and they are still not repaired. Also broke down and called Vindis who told me to call out their roadside assistance number which I did, mechanic came managed to get me going again and put on the report the part had to be changed asap under warranty. Took it to Vindis who said as the mechanic, which they sent out was not VW certified they could not trust his report so the part cannot be changed under warranty. They and VW have set up this loophole in their warranties so beware it is not worth the money it is printed on.
