This place may be part of a chain, but let’s not hold that against it. The people are nice, the food is good and served in generous portions, and the atmosphere is warm and coppery. My fiancé and I have managed to stumble across lots of vouchers for this place, and we haven’t gotten tired of using them. I got one for topping up my O2, one was in the newspaper, and we got another emailed from some promotion or other. With those 2 for 1 deals, it’s quite easy to fit a night out there into a modest budget. The only potential downside is that if you want beer, you can have Peroni or Peroni.

One of the most aptly-​named restaurants in Glasgow — as chances are you’ll have to ask where it is to find it — Ask is shoehorned in Springfield Quay and virtually impossible to reach without a car.
This modern Italian eaterie won’t blow away your taste buds but its predictable menu will leave them satisfied in truly sumptuous surroundings which make a jaunt here well worth your while.
With a spacious, Mediterranean-​style interior, Ask excels with its spectacular Clyde views and would be a pretty special place to visit on a clear night.
Its close proximity to the cinema also means it’s a great place to grab a bite to eat pre or post film. Recommended.

I love the food here! Its always really really good, but they could do with adding a bit more to the menu.
The staff is SO nice and the place is lovely and clean. The service itself is really fast, even when its busy. The layout is really nice, you can see the kitchen which i think is great because you KNOW its clean. If you’re lucky enough to get a window seat you can look out over the Clyde river.
Also the cheesecake is really good ;)
