Specialties
We have our own locally roasted RFA & Fairtrade Coffee. As a business we are eco friendly, using biodegradeable packing, cutlery and the 1st in Scotland to house the Sublima espresso machine.
A baby being open approx 5 months, more so as a coffee bar serving our yummy homebakes, sandwiches and salads. We are now progressing onto the deli products.
From the offset we have used local, regional cheeses, meats including organics. We aim to promote this further. We have all your favourites including continental specialities and antipasti.
Our new range of tap oils and vinegars are produced in the UK.
The majority of our new stock is ethical and all sourced by ourselves. We choose to stock independent producers and cottage farm products.
We create our own signature drinks on coffee and loose teas including soya. In spring 2010 we shall be stocking organic wines and beers.
We operate a no hierarchy policy amongst the team who work here. We are relaxed and approachable to all.
History
