Merchant Express is the takeaway part of the Indian Cottage restaurant — look for signs that say both names as it uses both.
This is a fairly regular late night food so for us. On those days where you can’t face cooking, but don’t want to sit in a restaurant, this is a good place to go.
It’s usually quite busy, always very fast, and a lot of the food is prepared in front of you. We get the mixed pakora quite often — always hot, crispy, and inexpensive.
Only downside is that it’s closed on a Monday.
