At the till, you’ll find bored staff playing Rock Radio. Other times you’ll find a man who refuses to speak or look at you as he counts out change and speaks loudly to his mates on the phone.
It seems that Mr. McColl has forgotten about this shop and left it untouched and stuck in the early 90’s.
I’ve been in other R S McColl’s which are quite pleasant, refurbished and in tune with their surroundings, but what has happened to this shop?
With a ridiculous number of 24 hour Newsagents springing up all around Glasgow City Centre, I don’t know how R S McColl can survive with their more than average prices.
Please, let us use our debit cards for items under a fiver! Everywhere else does!
