This is a delightful Eco friendly park spanning 174 acres. It is situated on a couple of minutes of the A2. There is a car park which costs £1.50 during the week and £2 at weekends). This park has a purpose built eco friendly restaraunt and clean well kept toilet facilities. It consists of Woodlands, a sensory garden, 2 lakes(although not for very young children), ponds. They have electric scooters for the less mobile which are free of charge. This park is lovely in the summer for casual walks, but can become very muddy in the winter. I used to walk my baby in the pram through this park in the summer which was very relaxing.

Making a good effort to enhance the natural feature of the park but very badly managed facilities; long queues at the café, expensive parking, morose staff and a lot of wasteful features like a wind turbine that never turns. Some pleasant walks though and it is one of the few open spaces outside Gravesend that isn’t full of of burnt-out cars and chavs on scrambler motorbikes.
