I just don’t know what I’m doing at this McDonald’s. It’s pretty much chaos. There are no doors to enter it, it’s just at the end of the food court in the corner so you don’t actually know whether you’re in it, first of all. Secondly, there are no queue barriers or anything and because it’s cheap, it’s usually so packed you don’t know whether you’re queuing for a Big Mac or a KFC Bargain Bucket next door. Thirdly, there’s no sense of order when you get close enough to the tills to order… is it your turn? Is it one of the 50 people standing in a line next to me? Who knows. If you DO manage to get to the till and order and get your food, you then have to trek(and trust me, it’s a proper mission) to the back of the restaurant to get your straw and ketchup etc, because there’s only one little table with it all on and people queue round it. What. A. Pain. It does have seats inside but I’ve never been able to actually sit at one or even see them due to the crowds. But thankfully because it’s Bluewater, you can usually get a seat somewhere else in the massive food court, so it’s not all bad… no thanks to McDonald’s… I’d rather drive to the one just outside the road into Bluewater and save myself the headache and fighting.

McDonald’s is located in the food court on the lower ground floor. Like any Mcdonald’s, it is busy any time of day you visit. However, because they have seating inside, you have the choice of sitting inside Mcdonald’s, in the food court, so you have plenty of choice where to sit. There is always a long line when lining up for your food, but because of the amount of staff Mcdonald’s employ, you end up getting served quickly, and never have to wait long for your food. I have always found the staff at Mcdonald’s Bluewater to be friendly and polite and keep the restaurant nice and clean.
