Just your standard coffee shop inside of the airport. It’s nice because they take credit card so you don’t need to worry about exchanging for British Pounds while killing time with a layover. I got a café Americano which no one seems to understand is different than a regular coffee that it just so happens an American orders. Prices weren’t horrendous and was good in a pinch.

A mini coffee bar as well as some pre packaged sandwiches. The folks behind the counter are nice, the coffee drinks are all Brewer individually to order meaning they are fresh. The sandwiches are fresh daily but are still pre packed, I got one to take along on a flight. The sandwich was average, nothing to write home about but nothing terrible.

Weak latte and truly disgusting porridge — tepid and very runny with no flavor or toppings. Yuck. Head over to Bite and you might have better luck.

Awesome option for anyone who’s got time to kill in Terminal 2 but doesnt have Lounge access. Really large seating area with some cozy sofas and lazy chairs, good customer service at the counter, and some decent fresh pastry options in the AM. The chocolate croissant is good and the cappucino is not bad — now I know why they gave the same London ubiquity that Starbucks owns in the States.

Enjoyed coffee, cappuccino cake overnight waiting for my flight on June 15th, 2015. I discovered their chocolate coated coffee beans and brought them home to the states-Awesome. This is the only café open after midnight at the end of terminal 2 Arrivals. Very quite place between midnight and 5am when most airport employees come streaming in for their morning caffeine ritual. They have a mix of tables and some sofas where one can relax and take a short nap. I would like to see some homemade sandwiches and smoothies. All their smoothies are pre bottled but mixed with a blender when purchased but the consistency isn’t as thick but is still ok. Their sandwiches are pre-made the same day. Prices are reasonable. The only negative is the rock music which is played extremely loud and the lighting is very bright. If that could be adjusted for the late night and early morning hours I think it would be more welcomed by consumers.

Leave it to the Americano to order a Café Americano. Also, I am the only one that ordered a large drink. I know all the UK jokes involve the size of Americans but I say go big or go home. In this case I’m doing both. Café is great pre long international flight and when trying not to sleep after a night of partying is the way I will cope with Jet Lag. Also get rid of your Pounds! I don’t mean workout or take a really large dump. I mean use your Pounds and Pence before you leave England. Nothing sexy trying to buy something in America and trying pay in Pounds. I do like the layout with snacks and 4 cashier lines. The service is great but I would prefer stronger coffee. The roast is a lot smoother compared to American coffee that I am accustom to. I need more caffeine but maybe it’s not the best idea before a long flight. I should switch to sleepy time tea. I say give this place a try. It’s not starbucks but it does the job right.

I stopped in here on my way into Central London from my hotel. I swear this is the BEST coffee shop EVER! it is so cool. there is a relaxed feel. i could sit there for hours. I ordered a Cappuccino and a Triple Belgian Chocolate Muffin. Talk about HEAVEN! If you stay in, they serve you on real dishes. There is plenty of seating and enough space for you to wait for your flight with your luggage. The staff was super nice and were fast. no wait at all and this was during the morning rush. My only regret is that they do not have a Caffe Nero in NYC. LOVETHISPLACE.

I get the impression that Caffe Nero is kind of like the Caribou coffee of the UK. This location is at the Heathrow Airport right outside the arrival area. I came here to burn sometime while waiting for my co-worker’s flight to arrive. I ordered a croissant and an Americano. I love how they serve everything on real dishes. The croissant was nice and butter and the coffee was good. The atmosphere is really nice and chill. They have jazz music playing and plenty of seating options from tables to couches to chairs. Also, there is free Wifi from the airport which I took advantage of. This will definitely be my go to place when waiting for folks to arrive at the airport.
