British Bookshops Sussex Stationers

Sussex Stationers is part of a wider chain, but this is the only branch I know of in the area.
This bookshop is situated about halfway up the high street, nearly opposite Superdrug. From the front it looks tiny, but its like a tardis and extends a long way.
The best thing about Sussex Stationers is that they have a fantastic selection of the latest books at very low prices — £6.99 paperbacks for £3.99. They also stock hardbacks and a lot of non fiction. There is a small section of non chart fiction and a surprisingly large childrens fiction section, although this is aimed more at under sevens.
The central aisle of the shop is all cards, and they sell some quite unusual ones at reasonable prices.
The third aisle is all stationary. From notebooks and pens to scrapbooks and diaries, they carry a remarkalby good range. The also sell a few teddy bears, which seem a bit out of place.
There are three tills in the shop. One at the back and two at the front, but there is usually only one till open, and always a queue. The service is efficient but not particularly friendly, but the low prices make up for this.
