This is our go to takeaway Indian Place. The samosas are delicious and the chicken likewise. The mango lassis are also delicious. My only issue and it is a minor one, is that when we tried to order chai tea, the waiter was very confused and brought alcohol. No matter how we explained the word chai, he didn’t understand. I’m guessing the don’t have it, which confuses me. Its a minor thing, but worth noting. Still a great restaurant in Burpham.

This is an excellent Indian restaurant on the parade of shops in Burpham. The food is always of excellent quality, generous portion sizes and worth paying slightly more for than other Indian restaurants in Guildford. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant gets busy at the weekends but they offer a takeaway service with the food always ready on time. They don’t deliver but there is always parking outside. We use this restaurant a lot and people travel from around the local area to go there which says a lot about its reputation.

The Rajdoot is a family run Indian restaurant in Burpham. I have eaten in the restaurant in the past and was well looked after by the friendly staff. Most important is that there is a huge choice of fabulous tasting food. We regularly order via ‘phone for the takeaway service and although they don’t deliver the food is so good it really is worth collecting! When friends that used to live locally visit they always want a Rajdoot curry as they miss it so much.
