I can’t fault the service, advice and choice I have received from the staff over the years. Having moved 130 miles away I am yet to find a similar place nearby so on our frequent trips back to the West Midlands we make it a priority to visit and stock up on goodies for our dogs. Took our new addition in today for a collar fitting, the full price range was explained so I could make my own choice and once I chose they fitted the collar. Many thanks to the staff for superb service and invaluable advice

I used to shop at the big pet store i have to say its hard sell he bring out his picture of chicken gunk and then start the hard sell all the top brands that have had decades of research into dog nutrition and health is all junk for your dog says the owner of this shop, He then says the best food in the world is of coarse wait for it his own brand that he probably buys for £4.00 a bag and sells for £20.00 that is probably the only food in the store that is junk.
