Specialties
Using simple, fresh, seasonal ingredients, our food is cooked with lashings of love and passion.
«Far from sticking to ‘old favourites’ instead, I have created innovative dishes, taking inspiration mainly from our travels in Italy and Spain, as well as other corners of the world, to create food that unites these differing flavours and traditions.» — Michael Ricci, Owner & Head Chef
Our food is served all day long, so why not experience breakfast ‘Mediterranean style’ by dropping in and enjoying some of our delights such as serrano gran riserva on toast, accompanied by fine coffee, or call in for lunch for a bowl of handmade pasta or a continental sandwich on freshly baked bread. In the evening, sit back, relax and enjoy daily caught fish, locally sourced beef, fresh seasonal game, handmade pastas, salads & much more.
History
Established in 2012.
Capturing the essence of the Mediterranean, Ricci’s Place has a relaxed and inviting atmosphere where you can enjoy innovative, homemade food and great service.
This privately-run restaurant is headed up by restauranteur and head chef Michael Ricci, who already holds a great reputation in the area. Michael, of Italian descent, spent his summers growing up in Italy, which is where his passion for food began.
