I found this agency frustrating!
They keep properties on their website that are sold until the contracts are exchanged. Ideal if you are a seller as your property is advertised until exchange just in case your buyer pulls out. Extremely annoying for a buyer though, you spend hours trawling the internet looking for houses, you see one you like and call them, they then tell you that it is sold. They didn’t even bother to take my details in case the sale fell through that had been agreed. Why not flag up on the website that a property is sold? Seems a strange way to do business.
