Do not touch this business with a barge pole, either as a prospective tenant or maintenance provider, as I was on one unfortunate occasion.
Tenants appear to have many reasons to be aggrieved and I had to wait nearly 3 months for an invoice to be paid, only then when I eventually promised to call at their premises to personally collect my money after many unacknowledged requests for payment … no office, just a home address, Andrew & Cheryl Sumner, 26 Wood Lane End, Hemel, HP2 4QX — easily spotted by the Porsche and Mercedes parked in the driveway!
There are far too many cowboys operating in the lettings market these days, taking advantage of the shortage of housing.
