This is a family run business and they dropped a leaflet through our door. As a result we asked them to have a look at a tree in the back garden. They were late on the appointed day, and my husband wasn’t at home. They invented a conversation that they had with him, as a result of which I accepted a much lower standard of work. They told me that he had asked them not to take the wood and foliage away, which was untrue. We have been left with a very messy garden, which will take up some time and extra money to clear up. I paid handsomely for this job, and they have refused to clear up their mess unless we pay even more. I am extremely disappointed.
