I will start by saying that I like being pampered but I find it dead boring (and quite unnerving) lying around in a bathrobe waiting to have some lunch or tea or to have a massage. That is not my idea of fun, however I went to this place for a hen night and tried to make the most of it, by being more involved on exercise classes than anything else. Also, the food was very nice indeed and that helped (at meal times, at least ;)
The setting, in the countryside surrounded by nice gardens, helps to relax yourself. For that, a warm and sunny day will definitely help.
The building is very nice on the outside but a bit tired on the inside.
And for the treatments, which is what should be important here, I definitely have had much better.
All in all, a nice day out, but unless you can just lay for 24h reading magazines and drinking tea, this is not the best way to relax or the best use of your time.

We went here on a work trip after a period of some very stressful work and late nights so it was nice to go to such a well appointed and relaxing place to chill out for a day. I must admit that I’d previously been very dubious about massage and treatments having never done anything tlike this before but I am definitely a convert now! We were a large group but the staff were extremely organised and friendly and we all knew where we had to be and when for our treatments. I had a facial, thallasotherapy and back massage and all were wonderful. We had lunch from the self service buffet restaurant and the food was delicious. The highlight of the day was taking part in the Grease dance class — completely random but great fun!

This was one of my Most glorifying breaks of all time.
You may get there my train or its quite easy to get there by car.
Fellows, if you don’t know what to buy the gals for valentine, well here it is!
Come and spend the weekend there. Trust me, don’t take any clothes with you besides your swimming costume with you and your your gym costume. once you get there, you slip into a bathrobe and slippers don’t for the whole weekend. Enjoy the staff’s experience and they will make you feel amazing.
