At Helpful Hypnosis our most popular services are weight loss, smoking cessation, phobia cure and anxiety. We offer our services to a wide range of clientele each with different requirements. Other services provided include, gastric band therapy (one of the few therapists in the area trained in this therapy) hypnotherapy for child birth, time line therapy and cutting the cord therapy.

I chose to train to be a qualified hypnotherapist after receiving treatment myself for a life consuming fear of heights. I was amazed by how quickly I regained control of my life.

I received my qualifications from the Hypnotherapy Centre of Excellence which is an ILM Approved Centre. The course was provided by The Institute of Leadership and Management which is a division of City and Guilds and fully certified by the IANLPC.

Being a member of The International Association of NLP and Coaching I’m am bound to adhere to their code of conduct. All information is dealt with confidentially.
