Bagel Street

I got a nice sandwich, drink and crisps for under £10 – a bargain at Heathrow Airport. They make a big deal out of this being a «New York» style deli. That may be, but judging from the friendly cockney gal who served me, I got different vibes from her instead of the horrid attitudes of employees in real NY delis. They have a lot here – you may chose from pre-​made sandwiches or meals you may customize with various ingredients. Bagel Street has a couple other locations out at Healthrow. This is a nice departure from typical airport fast food.
One note that may or may not be apropos during your visit: the Internet worked, but none of the power outlets worked in the booths. There is ONE – count them – ONE power outlet along the wall that worked.
