As a result of government legislation (LASPO ACT 2012) which came in to force in April 2013, a new way of working was required to enable compliance with the law. To this end, Direct2Compensation was launched, so that people could continue to obtain the services of specialist personal injury solicitors and pursue claims for injury compensation.

Ian is married with 2 small children.

Justin also has well over 10 years experience within the personal injury compensation sector. Justin has a vast experience of investigating and managing claims for injury compensation and has formed very strong links with market leading claimant solicitors that is put to use in benefiting the clients of Direct2Compensation.
