We are proud in offering a warm welcome to The Copt Hill.

We are a newly refurbished nineteenth century pub with a modern restaurant serving quality locally sourced pub classics, to fine dining meals. We source the finest local ingredients and bake our own bread daily on the premises.

We have created a new menu which will be updated seasonally to take advantage of the amazing local produce we have available in the north east, and there will always be special dishes available to tempt your taste bud. You can also take advantage and relax in our comfortable Bar /​Lounge with a drink alongside our traditional coal fire serving a varied selection of cask ales, beers, ciders, fine wines and spirits. Our large function room is ideal for special occasions, weddings, birthdays, corporate events and any other gathering you have in mind.

We can create a great menu for your event from a small buffet to a sumptuous 5 course meal. In addition to our generous car parking facilities, The Copt Hill the most excellent choice for a pint, dinner or memorable occasion.

History

Established in 2014.

We made the decision to become the new owners of The Copt Hill with a clear focus on providing a premium quality dining experience, and we ensure we deliver this by using the best possible ingredients we can find within our local area where possible.

Our menu reflects a creative flair, with delicious new additions along side the firm favourites everyone knows and loves. We will upload our seasonal menus to the website when they are available, but you can be assured our menus have dishes to suit every appetite.
