I made an appointment a month in advance because I don’t live in London and wanted to make sure I had the best experience while searching for my bridesmaid dresses. One of my bridesmaids arrived first and was ignored for at least five minutes. Then she found out they had me down for the wrong appointment time, even though they had the email where I had specified the correct time! When I arrived, not long after, we were sent upstairs and ignored for the rest of our time there. In addition, they had a meager selection of bridesmaid dresses in both Alfred Angelo or Mori Lee, which were the two I was looking at. Maybe I was just unlucky that day, but I’ll certainly have my bridesmaids get their dresses elsewhere!
