Not a big fan of novelty places or big chunks of meat so I did not think I would be onto a winner here. Also not a wine drinker but if you are the range of red looked great. Big prices but they are cooking primo meat which even Ienjoyed but could only do as an occassional meaty treat. Wife and brother in law love steak and rated this place but I think cooking your own on a hot rock is a waste of time.

First time i went I was amazed at the American style cooke your own meat which I have yet to find ooop north. The ‘hot rocks’ are enjoyable to use and cooking meat to your liking is even better but the second time I went the fish platter to begin with tastd not too fresh and the steak was a bit chewy.

A great place for steak! One of the newer places in the ever-changing restaurant map of Huddersfield, this one looks as if it’s here to stay. Only two tables occupied at 6pm when we arrived on a Saturday night, but by 7pm there was not a seat to be found. Here you have the ‘hot rock’ option to cook your own steak or fish(swordfish or prawns), and this adds greatly to the ‘buzz’ and ambience of the place. Prices are reasonable and a more than adequate range of starters, desserts, coffees and wines completes a really enjoyable meal. Service is brisk and very friendly. Highly recommended.
